Steps to make 脆皮香酥之—炸鲜奶

  • 1.将牛奶,糖粉和玉米淀粉放入奶锅中,开小火搅拌均匀(记住,千万不能开大火需要开小火)。
  • 2.用筷子搅拌成细腻的面糊备用。
  • 3.碗里刷一层玉米油,将牛奶糊倒入碗里。用刮刀将表面抹平,冰箱冷藏即可。
  • 4.将面团取出切块沾上蛋液和面包糠。然后小火入油锅,轻轻炸一会即可(这一步,一定需要小火,火太大的话,表面容易焦)。
