Steps to make 酸奶蛋糕

  • 1.取120g酸奶和两个鸡蛋黄在滴加几滴香草精,搅拌均匀
  • 2.筛入低粉60g,搅拌成蛋黄糊
  • 3.打发蛋清之前,连同打蛋盆一起先放入冰箱冷冻室,冷冻5分钟。然后滴加几滴柠檬汁后,放在无水油的盆里用打蛋器打发 白糖分三次加 打发至干性
  • 4.将蛋白分三次加到蛋黄糊里,从下往上翻拌好后倒入6寸的戚风模里。
  • 5.用蒸烤的方法 在烤盘里加水放在最底层,蛋糕放烤架上放中间,温度大概170左右,时间50分钟左右。烤出来有裂纹没关系,因为还要加酸奶淋面。
  • 6.烤完倒扣等蛋糕凉了,再把模具取走,备用
  • 7.淋上剩下的80g酸奶,在撒上干玫瑰装饰。如果放冰箱冷藏半天口感会更棒
