  • 1.用面粉和盐搓洗山楂,面粉吸附力比较好,可以洗掉污渍
  • 2.在水龙头下冲洗两遍,就可以了,剔掉两头蒂和籽
  • 3.放在不锈钢锅大火煮开,敝去白沫,加入冰糖,改小火熬
  • 4.小火熬的时候,要不停的搅拌,以防粘锅底,熬到粘稠挤入柠檬汁,趁热装入玻璃瓶
  • 5.抹面包,冲开水很不错
