  • 1.对虾去须洗净。
  • 2.锅中加适量清水烧开,放入对虾。
  • 3.煮熟。
  • 4.盛出放凉后去掉头和外壳,留尾备用。
  • 5.热锅下油。
  • 6.放入冬瓜。
  • 7.将冬瓜炒至断生。
  • 8.再加入高汤。
  • 9.盖盖小火煮10分钟。
  • 10.加入李锦记蒸鱼豉油和美极鲜。
  • 11.煮开。
  • 12.盖盖转小火煮1分钟关火。将冬瓜摆盘浇上汤汁再在上面摆上虾仁即可。
