荷香南瓜蒸排骨
经典粤菜之一。广东使用蒸笼的由来已久,蒸笼特殊的结构能够使水气在蒸发过程中很好的触碰食材,蒸熟后的食材依然可以保持纯正的原味。荷叶和蒸笼可谓绝妙的搭配,清香解腻,消暑利湿。猪小排和南瓜,味蕾之上,便是天作之合,便是唇齿留香。

Steps to make 荷香南瓜蒸排骨

  • 1.备好蒸笼,将洗净的荷叶平铺在蒸笼上,再将南瓜铺平。
  • 2.将排骨用蚝油、生姜、大蒜、豆豉、灯笼椒、生粉腌制后,整齐的平铺在南瓜上。
  • 3.蒸锅中加入适量清水,放入蒸笼隔水蒸煮,大火烧开后再盖上锅盖。
  • 4.大火蒸5分钟后,用筷子将黏连在一起的南瓜分开,继续蒸15分钟。
  • 5.盛出享用。
