Steps to make 红烧猪蹄

  • 1.准备一个猪蹄剁成小块清洗干净(我买的时候店家给我把上面的猪毛都清理干净,块也是她帮我剁的)。
  • 2.锅中烧水,水开后将剁好的猪蹄放进去,水开后撇去上面浮沫,盖上盖小火煮10分钟。
  • 3.捞出空干水分备用。
  • 4.大葱和生姜切片,大蒜切成块。
  • 5.准备桂皮、八角、香叶和红干椒洗干净。
  • 6.锅中烧油,油温七成热将葱姜蒜、八角桂皮香叶和红干椒放进去大火炒出香味。
  • 7.加入焯过水的猪蹄,放入蚝油、老抽、生抽、酱豆腐汁、鸡精、料酒、胡椒粉、白糖大火翻炒均匀。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.加1500毫升开水,大火烧开,盖上盖转小火炖40分钟。
  • 10.转大火收汁,汤汁浓稠时关火。
  • 11.装盘,撒上香菜,一道美味可口,色香味俱全的红烧猪蹄就可以开吃了。
  • 12.再来一张近照。
