香煎萝卜饼--广东经典点心
记得在家乡时,去茶楼饮,绝对少不了点萝卜糕,这也是我女儿的至爱,得住这异乡,只有在中国城才能找得到,想念家乡,想念亲人,何以解忧,唯有美食!心动不如行动,用最省劲的办法,吃到最可心的美食。一般来说,萝卜糕以整大盆蒸的多,下料也多,有冬菇、虾米、腊肉等,大家都知道,广东人好吃识食,用料是不会省的(指是自己制作时),蒸好后炒或煎过,边喝茶连尝糕,挺惬意的。这次做的量少,心急想吃,放料就省了些,把蒸再煎的方法改作直接煎了。

  • 1.将萝卜刨成丝;
  • 2.将全部材料倒入大盆,手工搅拌均匀;
  • 3.平底锅表面涂少许油,将材料铺平在平底锅上,约2/3厘米厚;

  • 5.慢火煎,不要急着翻动,等底的一面凝固并有少许香味,再轻轻翻转另一面;
  • 6.两边轮流煎至熟透,再切块摆盘,记着配上辣椒酱,没有辣椒酱的搭配,萝卜糕会逊色很多。
