  • 1.小麦粉150g在蒸锅内蒸熟,加入白糖。倒入烧热的植物油,用手揉搓散开。作成馅子备用。
  • 2.500g面粉,用适量植物油、水和成面团(以下称油水面)。
  • 3.500g面粉用猪油和成面团(简称油面)。
  • 4.用油水面包住油面,用擀面杖推开呈薄片状。
  • 5.薄片从一边向另一边卷成小棒,切成大小均等的面剂,此刻面剂就像一个小花卷。
  • 6.取100g面粉用水和成面团,搓成细条,切成拇指尖大小的剂子,放在压扁的“花卷”上,擀成小圆片。
  • 7.小圆片内包上馅儿,对折,捏住边儿。
  • 8.从右到左捏出花褶。
  • 9.点上红色素,春节的喜庆立刻跃入眼帘。
  • 10.炒锅内放植物油,烧热,下糖饺炸熟。
  • 11.呵呵,今年春节的招牌小吃。许多朋友来尝了,还拿走几个。
