  • 1.先熬一锅大骨汤,但一定要是慢火熬出来的。
  • 2.在熬汤的时候,做肉丸。将猪五花肉剁碎,加少许盐,50克水分两次加入,顺着一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 3.锅中放适量油,烧热,将猪肉泥搓成丸子下锅炸。
  • 4.炸至表面焦黄出锅。
  • 5.黑木耳提起泡发,最后用野生木耳。
  • 6.油炸肉皮也要提起泡发。
  • 7.粉丝泡发。
  • 8.鹌鹑蛋煮熟去皮。
  • 9.白菜叶洗净。
  • 10.各种食材放入汤锅中。倒入大骨汤,小火慢炖出鲜味,适度调味即可。
