红丝绒糯米团
很喜欢吃糯米制作的食物,软软的,粘粘的,Q弹的。
突然想起上次买的红曲米一直没用过,红曲米作为食品染色色素,具有无毒、安全的优点,而且还有健脾消食、活血化瘀的功效。
那今天就做一道创意版的糯米团,内馅想不好,就用土豆泥加奥利奥饼干末加炼乳,熟的糯米粉上次制作时还有盛下的,说做就做吧,想想都美美的。

  • 水磨糯米粉150克
  • 白糖30克
  • 食用油10ML
  • 炼乳15ML
  • 玉米淀粉30克
  • 土豆100克
  • 红曲米15ML
  • 奥利奥饼干3块

Steps to make 红丝绒糯米团

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.红曲米用约200ML的开水泡出颜色(最好用加热的牛奶,这样做出来奶香味很浓),过几分钟后过滤去渣,放入白糖搅拌至糖融化
  • 3.红曲米水晾凉后,慢慢倒入加有玉米淀粉的糯米内,搅拌至无颗粒状,加入食用油继续搅拌均匀。
  • 4.土豆洗净切块
  • 5.土豆和搅拌好的粉糊上蒸锅大火蒸约20分钟(以数量多少决定时间)
  • 6.我有用筷子搅拌,认定都熟了,出锅。
  • 7.土豆剥皮后放入保鲜袋中压成泥
  • 8.奥利奥饼干去掉里面的奶油夹心也准备压成碎末
  • 9.土豆泥和饼干末加入炼乳搅拌均匀(作馅用),蒸好的糯米团也搅拌(糯米团很粘,最好戴上一次性手套并涂上食用油),使快速晾凉。
  • 10.糯米团很粘,用厨房餐纸沾上食用油后擦在保鲜膜上,然后取一小团糯米团,用保鲜膜压成面皮状,上面放拌均的馅料,包裹成圆型,放入准备好的炒熟的糯米粉中滚圈(熟糯米粉制作:将糯米放入锅内,小火炒制直到粉颜色有点变黄即可)。
  • 11.粉色的糯米团做好了,软软的,有淡淡的奶香,味道好极了。
