对于煲汤,广东的女生因为从小受家中耳濡目染,大多数都属于无师自通。今天我用了一个汤底炖了两种材料,和玩面包很相似,就像大多数甜面包可以用同一个配方的面团,只要把搭配的馅料稍作变化就能做出口感和风味截然不同的两种面包。今天的两款汤亦是如此。一款是竹荪加山药,山药软糯,竹荪爽口,汤底口感浓郁。一款是甜玉米加马蹄, 玉米香甜,马蹄脆甜,汤底口感清爽。两款汤都特别适合一年四季饮用,喜欢喝汤的同学还可以在这个汤底的基本上进行各种变化,白萝卜排骨汤、冬瓜排骨汤、莲藕排骨汤等等……一家人围坐饭桌前,来一碗热气腾腾又真材实料和落足心机煲的靓汤,就像TVB常说的:”有什么事情能比得过一家人齐齐整整开开心心一起吃餐饭呢?“

  • 玉米2根
  • 马蹄10粒
  • 红枣若干

  • 胡椒粉若干
  • 香菜若干

Steps to make #信任之美#家的味道之两全其美排骨汤

  • 1.准备好汤锅和灼骨头血水的锅。两个锅分别加入清水,汤锅按猪骨头5倍加水。如:500G猪骨头放2500克水。两个锅同时开始加热。
  • 2.烧水的同时,切好姜片和洗干净红枣枸杞备用。
  • 3.把猪骨头洗干净后加入烧沸的灼血水锅中,水开后沸腾三到五分钟后,用滤勺撇开血水和油脂把猪骨头勺出放入旁边的汤锅中。
  • 4.开锅后转最小火炖一个半小时
  • 5.汤锅开始炖的时候,准备好食材。山药一定要选这种铁棍细条的,耐煲耐煮。
  • 6.炖足一个半小时后,再准备一个汤锅,把煲好的汤底分一半量到另一个准备好的汤锅里。
  • 7.把山药和竹荪放入其中一个汤锅
  • 8.把甜玉米和马蹄放入另一个汤锅
  • 9.两个汤锅开锅后继续转小火加热,看食材熟烂程度加热半小时或四十分钟。加盐、放胡椒粉,出锅,撒香菜。鲜美的排骨汤就做好啦!
