芝麻蜜豆面包

  • 奶粉8g
  • 蛋液20g

Steps to make 芝麻蜜豆面包

  • 1. 将材料放入面包机,选择发面功能
  • 2.发酵至两倍大,排除气体。
  • 3.盖上湿毛巾,继续发酵。
  • 4.将发酵好的面团擀成长方形。
  • 5.将蜜豆铺满2/3。
  • 6.先将没有蜜豆的1/3叠过来。
  • 7.再将另外的1/3叠过来。
  • 8.切成小长方形。
  • 9.旋转拧成麻花劲。
  • 10.在表面刷上蛋液,然后撒上白芝麻。180度,中层烤箱,15分钟即可(时间可自行调整)。
