冬日里一道色彩艳丽的汤----鲜虾五彩萝卜汤
今天这道汤是女儿的功劳,那天做了萝卜鱼丸汤之后,小人儿就喜欢上了挖球器,在厨房里东挖西挖,在胡萝卜和水萝卜上也挖出不少球球,鲜艳的颜色很是让人喜欢,用它配着虾仁,鹌鹑蛋再加了二颗西兰花煮出了一个五彩的汤,小人儿抱着碗边数颜色嘴里念叨着吃了几个球球,很快一碗汤就见底了,有时候让孩子适当地走进厨房不仅可以增加不少欢乐,还多了一点点美食创意。

  • 红萝卜半根
  • 心里美萝卜少许
  • 鹌鹑蛋5个
  • 西兰花少许
  • 料酒1勺
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 香油1勺

Steps to make 冬日里一道色彩艳丽的汤----鲜虾五彩萝卜汤

  • 1.用挖球器将白萝卜,红萝卜及心里美萝卜挖出小球,鹌鹑蛋放入锅中煮熟。
  • 2.虾仁洗净剔除虾肠后用料酒及胡椒粉腌制。
  • 3.锅中倒入适量的鸡汤,没有鸡汤可加小半块浓汤宝。
  • 4.将挖好的萝卜球倒入汤中用中小火煮至熟。
  • 5.萝卜球煮熟后开大火将腌好的虾仁捞出加入,腌制虾仁的汤汁倒掉不用。
  • 6.再加入剥好皮的鹌鹑蛋。
  • 7.再加入小朵的西兰花同煮。
  • 8.待西兰花烫熟加少许香油即可出锅。
