茨菇木耳炖河蚌
靠山吃山、靠水吃水,住在海边的朋友可以每天吃到海鲜,我们这儿就是河多,当然就少不了吃河鲜。河蚌价廉物美,一年四季都有的卖,可是除了春、冬两季我家会买,别的时候是不买的,因为听人家说清明后的河蚌里有很多蚂蟥籽,不敢吃的。这河蚌是我家老公最喜欢吃的菜之一,也请大家一起来尝尝啦!

  • 料酒一小勺
  • 葱姜蒜少许

Steps to make 茨菇木耳炖河蚌

  • 1.河蚌挤去肠子里的泥沙。
  • 2.清理掉表面的一些杂质,洗净后备用。
  • 3.木耳用温水泡发好后切成小块。
  • 4.刮去茨菇外皮,改刀切成小块。
  • 5.将河蚌和葱姜放入锅中,加适量开水和一小勺料酒再次烧沸。
  • 6.河蚌变得紧致后捞出,冲洗干净后切成小块。
  • 7.锅内放一大勺油,下葱姜爆香。
  • 8.放入河蚌翻炒片刻。
  • 9.加适量水,盖上锅盖大火煮沸后转小火,炖一小时左右,至河蚌熟烂。
  • 10.茨菇在开水锅中焯熟后捞出。
  • 11.炖好的汤内放木耳和熟茨菇。
  • 12.再次盖上锅盖小炖几分钟。
  • 13.撒上盐和鸡精调味,再撒点蒜花就可以了。
