自制泡菜
这泡菜第一次做,还可以,酸酸辣辣很爽口!

  • 白萝卜1根
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 包菜1个
  • 泡椒1罐(200g)
  • 八角4个
  • 桂皮3个
  • 香叶3片
  • 白酒1勺
  • 花椒少许
  • 冰糖8颗
  • 白醋小半瓶

Steps to make 自制泡菜

  • 1.胡萝卜,白萝卜去皮切成条状。
  • 2.包菜撕成块状。
  • 3.撒入食用盐,可以分两个盆,搅拌均匀,腌制十分钟杀出里面水分。
  • 4.泡菜的大罐子或者坛子,倒入泡椒水,白醋,八角,桂皮,香叶,花椒,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.腌好的萝卜,包菜,挤干水分。
  • 6.萝卜,包菜倒入罐子,加入凉白开或者纯净水,漫过蔬菜即可,加入冰糖。
  • 7.加入一勺高度白酒。
  • 8.封上一层保鲜膜,拧紧盖子,腌制一晚上就可以了。
  • 9.酸辣爽口,非常开胃。
