尖椒炒羊头肉
牛科动物山羊或绵羊等的肉。羊,又称为羯、羝。在我国分布很广,几乎遍及各地;绵羊以西北、北部为多。杀羊取肉,洗净用。  
性能:味甘,性温。能补血益气,温中暖肾。   
参考:含丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、磷、铁、钙、维生素B1、B2和烟酸,胆甾醇等成分。   
用途:用于气血不足,虚劳羸瘦;脾胃虚冷,腹痛,少食或欲呕,肾虚阳衰,腰膝酸软,尿频,阳痿。
注意:外感病邪和素体有热者不宜。

  • 1.尖辣椒,羊头肉,大葱洗净备用
  • 2.尖辣椒出去辣椒籽,准备切丝
  • 3.尖椒切丝后放入盘中
  • 4.羊头肉切成块状,片状均可
  • 5.锅中加入食用油,葱花爆香
  • 6.加入尖椒丝翻炒,加入盐
  • 7.再加入适量的酱油
  • 8.加入羊头肉,和胡椒粉翻炒
  • 9.炒匀后就可以成盘了
