香酥可口——干炸里脊

  • 料酒8毫升

Steps to make 香酥可口——干炸里脊

  • 1.里脊肉提前从冰箱里拿出来化冻。
  • 2.鸡蛋磕到碗里。
  • 3.加入面粉、添加少许水搅拌均匀。
  • 4.放入少许油搅拌成面糊,饧30分钟。
  • 5.切成1公分的长条,放入盐、料酒和鸡精腌制20分钟。
  • 6.把腌好的里脊放到面糊里。
  • 7.翻一下,把每条里脊都裹上面糊。
  • 8.锅里放油。
  • 9.六成热放入里脊,变色后捞出。
  • 10.这是第一次捞出来的。
  • 11.锅里油加热8成后再放入炸过的里脊复炸一次,片刻捞出即可。
  • 12.盛入盘中。趁热享用吧,香酥可口哦。
