Steps to make 腌糖醋蒜

  • 1.新鲜大蒜去除外皮,只留下两层,削去根部,保留完整的样子。
  • 2.用清水把大蒜清洗干净。
  • 3.找一个大盆倒入凉开水,撒上50克盐,把大蒜放进去腌24小时,去除辛辣味道,中间换1次水。
  • 4.把浸泡好的大蒜头朝下放在铁网上控水,上面干了以后再翻过来晾直至晾干。
  • 5.把醋放锅中倒入白糖小火慢煮,煮至锅中冒泡关火,放至冰凉。
  • 6.玻璃瓶擦干,把晾干的蒜放入,再把放冷的糖醋水倒入,封上瓶口,放在阴凉处腌制1个月就可以食用了。
  • 7.腌制好的糖蒜没有了大蒜的辛辣,反而是酸甜爽口,开胃解腻,咬上去嘎嘣脆。
