Steps to make 油辣子

  • 1.干辣椒洗净沥干。或者用烤箱低温烤干。
  • 2.生姜大葱香菜洗净改刀沥干。
  • 3.小锅预热,倒适量油,小火。
  • 4.放入一半干辣椒,不停翻拌,炸2分钟左右。另外一半
  • 5.炸好的辣椒干夹出,放入大碗中。分两次炸。
  • 6.辣椒炸完,再将姜大葱香菜炸黄炸香。
  • 7.关火,用筷子夹出大葱香菜和姜片。油放凉,辣椒也放凉。
  • 8.炸辣椒和盐放入破壁机里,放入炸香的油
  • 9.按果蔬键搅拌油辣子。
  • 10.只要2分钟左右就打好了。
  • 11.倒入可以密封的容器中。
