Steps to make 油泼面

  • 1.花生炒熟,去皮,放进保鲜袋里用擀面杖稍稍压碎
  • 2.姜和蒜切碎备用
  • 3.酱油和醋,我用的米醋和面条鲜酱油
  • 4.三勺酱油两勺醋,放入碗里,加入适量的盐和鸡精,混合待用
  • 5.做水煮面条,煮熟的面条放到盛有调好碗汁儿的面碗里,放上姜、蒜、辣椒粉、花生碎、老干妈
  • 6.锅中放适量的油,开始加热,至冒烟
  • 7.将烧热的油浇在面碗里,会有滋啦的响声,拌匀开始享用吧
