  • 牛奶50g

Steps to make 广式早茶点心——马拉糕

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2. 打散的鸡蛋液加入白砂糖搅拌至糖融化
  • 3.牛奶煮沸,然后慢慢倒入蛋液中,边倒边搅拌均匀
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉跟奶粉,搅拌至无颗粒,然后静置20分钟
  • 5.再加入泡打粉,拌匀
  • 6.猪油隔热水融化后再加入面糊中,拌匀
  • 7. 面糊倒入模具中,再静置10分钟使其消去小泡泡
  • 8.电磁炉烧开水后放进去蒸20分钟,出锅后取出放凉即可享用
  • 9. 吃的时候淋上炼奶会更美味哦
