葱烧腐竹
腐竹,是黄豆浆热煮时产生的浆面皮,捞起凉晒至乾而成,其营养丰富富含丰富的蛋白质,无论炒拌都很好吃

  • 1.食材图
  • 2.腐竹挤干水分切成小块
  • 3.炒锅倒适量油切一半的葱放入炸香
  • 4.放一两个红辣椒炸一下
  • 5.放入切好的腐竹翻炒均匀
  • 6.加一汤勺高汤或水焖一两分钟,如果喜欢有嚼劲的这步可以忽略
  • 7.倒入适量生抽炒匀
  • 8.加点盐炒入味
  • 9.剩下的一半葱倒进去炒匀
  • 10.出锅倒一点香油炒匀即可
