红烧羊肉
20多年来家中只要做红烧羊肉,肯定只有这一种做法,完全没有第二种;家人百吃不厌,更是那小子的最爱了;羊肉味美鲜嫩,还带有稍许的烧烤味,其实唯一的秘诀就是它了海鲜酱;鱼羊搭配---实为鲜哈!

  • 羊肉520克
  • 海鲜酱3勺
  • 香叶1片
  • 八角2瓣
  • 桂皮2块
  • 辣椒2根
  • 姜片4片
  • 葱白5段
  • 食盐1小勺

Steps to make 红烧羊肉

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.羊肉切小块清水浸泡30分钟、入锅焯沸后再洗净备用
  • 3.锅热后倒入芥花油,煸香葱姜八角等调料后盛出
  • 4.留底油放入海鲜酱煸至浓稠
  • 5.倒入羊肉块不中小火不停地煸炒
  • 6.直至微微焦黄时滴入料酒
  • 7.再倒入煸过的调料及适量温水加盖大火
  • 8.煮开后转小火炖至水量1半时,倒入少许老抽和冰糖继续
  • 9.转中大火收汁着色后调入1小勺食盐
  • 10.加入味精调开关火
  • 11.盛盘撒上孜然粉和白芝麻即可
