  • 1.将买回来的仔鸡切块洗净沥干水分后备用,买新鲜板栗回来剥好皮备用,我嫌麻烦直接在超市买的板栗米。
  • 2.将锅烧热加入适量色拉油。
  • 3.将事先切好的姜片和大葱放入煸炒出香味。
  • 4.倒入鸡块继续煸炒,将鸡块肉收紧。
  • 5.加入适量食盐和八角、桂皮继续煸炒。
  • 6.倒入适量料酒继续煸炒。
  • 7.、倒入适量老抽继续煸炒。
  • 8.倒入板栗米继续煸炒。
  • 9.再加上整整一听啤酒。
  • 10.盖上锅盖焖烧,直到啤酒汁水收得差不多了就可以出锅食用了。
