【美容养颜抗衰老】微波蔓越莓果脯
蔓越莓主要生长在北半球的凉爽地带酸性泥炭土壤中,由于新鲜蔓越莓果实的取得与保存不易,因此目前市面上不太见到新鲜蔓越莓~~大部分都是蔓越莓果干,或者调和果汁~
也因此,收到美国蔓越莓协会寄来的蔓越莓鲜果非常开心~~~
蔓越莓的营养价值非常丰富,是一种天然的抗菌保健水果~~~~~美容养颜,抗衰老,减少心血管软化,降低胃溃疡及胃癌的发生率,保护肠胃,保护口腔卫生,预防妇女常见的泌尿道路感染问题等等~~~
已经开封的鲜蔓越莓果实冷藏储存时间较短,所以我拿出一部分做了蔓越莓果脯,这样储存的时间加长了,可以慢慢吃~~O(∩_∩)O~

Steps to make 【美容养颜抗衰老】微波蔓越莓果脯

  • 1.备好原材料:鲜蔓越莓果,绵白糖;
  • 2.适量清水与食盐混合,调成淡盐水;鲜蔓越莓果洗净后,在淡盐水里浸泡2小时左右,捞出,再次用清水洗净;
  • 3.鲜蔓越莓果同绵白糖混合,轻轻搅拌均匀,腌制30分钟,直至白糖出汁即可;
  • 4.将装鲜蔓越莓的容器放进微波炉里,不加盖;
  • 5.微波炉通电,微波火力选择“100”,时间3分钟;
  • 6.戴上防烫手套,取出容器,将汁水倒出;汁水混合温开水可当果汁喝;
  • 7.再次将容器放进微波炉;
  • 8.微波火力选择“100”,时间3分钟;
  • 9.取出容器,搅拌均匀;
  • 10.第三次放入微波炉,微波火力选择“100”,时间4分钟;
  • 11.戴上防烫手套,取出容器,观察蔓越莓果脯无水分即可。
