  • 鸡脯肉260克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 料酒1勺
  • 生抽1勺
  • 食盐1/2小勺
  • 柠檬汁少许
  • 黑胡椒粉少许

Steps to make 爆浆芝士鸡排

  • 1.准备好全部食材
  • 2.鸡脯肉洗净沥干
  • 3.用刀从肉厚边向中间剖开成连片状
  • 4.用刀背横竖交叉将鸡肉组织纤维敲散敲簿些
  • 5.加少许食盐、料酒、生抽、黑胡椒粉及柠檬汁腌制1小时左右
  • 6.取出铺上芝士片,合上另一片后将边缘压紧些
  • 7.两面均匀粘上玉米淀粉后再拍去多余干粉
  • 8.入蛋液中双面浸湿
  • 9.最后裹上面包糠
  • 10.丢至7成热的油锅中
  • 11.炸至两面金黄拣出沥油
  • 12.趁热开吃
