Steps to make 东坡肉

  • 1.五花肉凉水下锅焯水几分钟,去浮沫。
  • 2.然后刮洗干净切成4公分方块。
  • 3.姜和葱放入砂锅里码好。
  • 4.然后把洗好的肉肉皮朝下码到砂锅里。
  • 5.放入冰糖,八角,桂皮,香叶,生抽老抽,然后倒入黄酒加适量水。
  • 6.盖盖严,小火慢炖约2小时。
  • 7.之后取出肉皮朝上摆在碗里,放入蒸锅大火蒸30分钟。
  • 8.肥而不腻,入口香糯的东坡肉做好了。
