香葱芝士面包

  • 普通面粉100克
  • 40克
  • 3克
  • 牛奶100克
  • 酵母6克
  • 温水100克
  • 黄油30克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 芝士碎50克
  • 沙拉酱50克
  • 番茄酱50克
  • 5棵

Steps to make 香葱芝士面包

  • 1.除黄油以外,按照先液体后固体放入面包桶内
  • 2.启动第一个揉面程序结束后,加入室温软化的黄油,再启动第二个揉面程序结束后按发酵功能键进行发酵
  • 3.发酵两倍大小(一不留神就发满了)
  • 4.发酵好的面团进行排气分割成同等大小的小面团
  • 5.擀成舌状
  • 6.如图卷起封口处捏紧
  • 7.依次做好所有进行二次发酵
  • 8.发酵好的面包先刷一层蛋液,再撒上芝士碎,然后挤上沙拉酱和番茄酱,最后撒上葱花
  • 9.烤箱预热180度上下火中层15分钟即可
