    Steps to make 糖醋蜜肉

    • 1.将猪肉切成片,倒入干净的碗里。
    • 2.用生抽,盐,料酒腌制入味。
    • 3.葱姜蒜各切成碎末备用。
    • 4.将腌好的肉片蘸干淀粉。
    • 5.准备两个小碗,一碗水加少量淀粉做成水淀粉。另一碗蜂蜜+醋+鸡精调成蜜汁。
    • 6.下锅炸至表面金黄后捞出沥油。
    • 7.锅中留少许油,放入葱末姜末蒜末爆香。
    • 8.放入炸好的肉片翻炒。
    • 9.先倒入调好的蜜汁,最后再倒入水淀粉勾薄芡,淋入香油即可。
