香烤蛋挞皮汤圆
(一)准备食材:蛋挞皮6个,芝麻汤圆6个,鸡蛋1个,黑芝麻少许。

  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.冰箱取出蛋挞皮让其稍微融化,让蛋挞皮和蛋挞底分开。
  • 3.将蛋挞皮取出,蛋挞底放入烤盘上。
  • 4.把芝麻汤圆放在蛋挞皮中,把蛋挞皮的边捏薄一点,慢慢将芝麻汤圆包起来,再搓搓圆放入蛋挞底中,鸡蛋打匀成鸡蛋液。
  • 5.刷蛋液。
  • 6.刷上蛋挞皮汤圆上,撒上黑芝麻。
  • 7. 烤箱温度180℃15分钟即可取出烤盘(记得带上隔热手套哦)。
  • 8.用食品镊子夹住装入盘中,稍微冷一下就可以享用这道外皮奶香松脆,里面软糯芝麻香甜的汤圆啦。外皮香酥掉渣,汤圆内馅软糯有点像糯米糍。
  • 9.咬一口,满满的芝麻馅涌出来,之后迅速融化在嘴里,香甜的滋味让人停不下来。家里有烤箱的朋友可以试一试,今年元宵节做这样的汤圆,让家人对传统汤圆的改观。
