玫瑰柠檬茶

Steps to make 玫瑰柠檬茶

  • 1.黄柠檬用食盐揉搓表皮,清洗干净备用。
  • 2.柠檬切成0.5厘米的薄片,用牙签挑掉籽不要,柠檬头尾要切掉一段没果肉只有白膜的部分,籽和头尾这段白膜是苦味的主要来源,一定要处理干净。
  • 3.只选用这样果肉多,白膜少的中间部分。
  • 4.将黄柠檬片和老冰糖及一丢丢盐一块放到面包机中,用糖渍水果档加工好。冰糖可以弄小点,也可以在出汁后注意搅拌,让黄冰糖浸入果汁中,便于融化。
  • 5.程序结束后将做好的柠檬装到无水无油消毒好的密封罐中。
  • 6.稍微放凉后,撒上玫瑰花瓣。
  • 7.再盖上厚厚一层百花蜜。
  • 8.密封腌渍2天,让蜜慢慢浸润下去。
  • 9.冲泡时,夹一片柠檬片,勺一些罐里的蜜。
  • 10.用温水冲泡。
  • 11.酸甜可口,又有雅致的玫瑰花香,非常好喝!
