随着北京气温的节节攀升,对于喜欢扎在厨房的很多同学,恐怕都是进出时容光焕发,出来时一身臭汗。而在这个炎炎夏日吃些什么也就成了每天需要思考一下的事儿了。天气热了,食欲也跟着减退,清凉开胃的自然成了首选,从超市买的乌冬面还没做,准备做份凉面来饱腹。自从自己喜欢做美食以后,渐渐地对外面卖的这些简单的吃食有些反感,从卫生角度讲,还是另人担忧的,所以再简单的小吃,还是自己做的好,享受烹饪乐趣的同时,也能给自己,给家人一份安全的保障。
今天做的是四川一道传统小吃,鸡丝凉面。炎炎夏日吃上一碗开胃清凉的面再合适不过了!

  • 乌冬面250克
  • 鸡胸肉一块
  • 15ML
  • 辣椒油15ML
  • 1/2茶匙+1/4茶匙
  • 白胡椒粉1/4茶匙
  • 香油1茶匙
  • 熟芝麻1茶匙
  • 芝麻酱稀释好的60ML

  • 1.鸡肉放入开水加入葱姜料酒煮熟。
  • 2.煮熟的鸡胸肉顺纹理撕成丝备用。
  • 3.黄瓜,红椒切丝。
  • 4.面条下锅煮熟。
  • 5.煮熟的面条过凉水。
  • 6.捞出沥水,加少许食用油拌匀。
  • 7.将其他原料调成两份味汁。
  • 8.最后一起拌入面条即可。
