翡翠春饼
乍暖还寒,又是一年春来到。很多地方在这个季节里一定要吃春饼。这种传统美食不但将开春的各色什蔬嫩芽尽收饼底,而且还预示着漫长的冬天已经过去,明媚的春光即将到来,倦怠的身心终于可以充分地得到舒展。

今天我用了菠菜做春饼,就取个“翡翠春饼”的名字吧。

做馅的和菜,我今天全部用的是素菜,调料也非常简单。春天,清淡些的好。

菠菜味甘、性凉,入大肠、胃经;具有补血止血,利五脏,通肠胃,调中气,活血脉,止渴润肠,敛阴润燥,滋阴平肝,助消化的功效;主治高血压、头痛、目眩、风火赤眼、糖尿病、便秘、消化不良、跌打损伤、衄血、便血、坏血病、大便涩滞等症。

  • 绿豆芽100克
  • 胡萝卜80克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 窝笋80克
  • 黑木耳60克

Steps to make 翡翠春饼

  • 1.准备好做饼皮的面粉与菠菜
  • 2.准备好和菜的食才
  • 3.菠菜洗净切碎,加开水,放入搅拌机搅拌
  • 4.取菠菜汁,加入面粉
  • 5.揉成光滑的面团,然后静置30分钟
  • 6.搓成长条,分切成剂子
  • 7.按成圆饼,刷上油.
  • 8.撒点面粉,取两个小圆饼,将刷油的面相对叠在一起擀成圆形的薄饼
  • 9.锅里油热后放入薄饼
  • 10.烙至两面都稍微有些淡淡的黄色就好了,趁热撕成两张
  • 11.豆芽洗净,胡萝卜与窝笋洗净切成丝,黑木耳洗净切丝
  • 12.鸡蛋打匀,放盐,葱花,摊成蛋皮,切丝
  • 13.锅里油热,放入豆芽,窝笋,胡萝卜,黑木耳煸炒
  • 14.待锅里的菜发蔫,放入蛋丝,加盐,鸡精,葱花调味
  • 15.盛出
  • 16.取一片面饼,把和菜卷好即可
