  • 1.备好食材。
  • 2.红枣清洗干净放一旁备用。
  • 3.把苹果、梨子清洗干净,去皮、去核皮后切成小块。
  • 4.放入锅中后加适量清水,水量根据食材多少来,但要一次性放足,不要中途再添加。
  • 5.盖上锅盖,大火煮开后转小火继续,大约5、6分钟苹果梨子就会变软了。
  • 6.这时放入洗净的红枣,再煮5分钟左右。
  • 7.接着放入冰糖调味,甜度根据各个喜好适量添加,煮至冰糖完全融化。
  • 8.最后搅拌搅拌,即可关火。
  • 9.装入碗中。
  • 10.趁着吃,又香又甜,非常好喝。
