  • 1.干香菇温水泡发切小丁,红葱头去皮切丁、姜蒜切末。
  • 2.锅置火上注入适量油,小火加热至三成热,放入姜蒜末、红葱丁小火慢炸至葱色变成金黄色。
  • 3.滤净葱油,取红葱酥待用。
  • 4.猪肉洗净切小丁。
  • 5.锅置火上适量油烧热,下入肉丁翻炒至变色后加入冰糖炒至上色。
  • 6.放入香叶、八角、五香粉、辣椒粉。
  • 7.倒入红葱酥、香菇丁翻炒均匀。
  • 8.烹入米酒,倒入适量高汤烧沸。
  • 9.调入酱油、红烧酱油,移至砂锅。
  • 10.转小火,盖上盖子慢炖1小时。
  • 11.中途加入水煮蛋,炖至汤汁浓稠,肉酥烂即可。
