红烧扒皮鱼

  • 1.没有去皮之前的扒皮鱼。
  • 2.将扒皮鱼去皮,及内脏洗净。
  • 3.在鱼身两面打一字刀。
  • 4.热锅下油,放入扒皮鱼。
  • 5.两面都煎一下。
  • 6.加入所有的调料炒匀大火烧开。
  • 7.盖盖转小火烧10分钟关火。
  • 8.盛盘即可。
