家常地三鲜
在家常地三鲜,在土豆、茄子、尖椒的基础上稍作改良,用彩椒来代替尖椒,带出更多蔬果甜香~不吃辣的集美们可以学起来噢~

Steps to make 家常地三鲜

  • 1.主要食材如图所示示意,土豆、茄子、彩椒等。
  • 2.将土豆洗净去皮,滚到切块。
  • 3.直接入七八成的油锅中炸一下,炸制表面干爽,基本熟透后。
  • 4.捞出控油,待用。
  • 5.茄子一样洗净后滚刀切,也加入油锅中中小火煎炸一番。
  • 6.捞出控油,待用。
  • 7.因为不吃辣,所以选用青椒和红椒代替原先尖椒,并准备一份洋葱。
  • 8.锅烧热油,将切块的洋葱加入翻炒,提前爆炒出香味。
  • 9.而后加入青椒和红椒,中小火翻炒至些许出水变软。
  • 10.将茄子和土豆块一并加入其中,并点适量清水防止糊锅。
  • 11.然后加3勺的臻品蚝油。
  • 12.2勺的味极鲜酱油。
  • 13.再加2小勺的白砂糖。
  • 14.而后翻炒均匀,再加适量水上盖焖一焖。
  • 15.出锅即可食用啦~家常地三鲜,全素也好味。
  • 16.在酱香中尝到鲜,这配饭太妙了~
