  • 中筋面粉300克
  • 奶粉10克
  • 香油2勺
  • 蚝油2勺
  • 酱油2勺
  • 少许
  • 温水170克
  • 酵母4克

Steps to make 水煎包

  • 1.酵母溶于温水中,静置5分钟备用。
  • 2.面粉加入奶粉、酵母水和成软面团,包上保鲜膜发酵备用。
  • 3.肉馅中加入香油、蚝油、酱油各2勺、盐少许、葱姜水,拌匀腌制15分钟;香芹叶子择洗干净沥干,切碎。
  • 4.面团发至原来的1.5倍到2倍大,呈现蜂窝状;用手轻轻将面团挤压排除气泡。
  • 5.肉馅中放入香芹叶搅拌至上劲。
  • 6.把松弛好的面团再揉几下,切成剂子,擀成包子皮。
  • 7.面皮包入馅料,打褶成包子坯。
  • 8.平底锅倒少许油,加热后,把包子一个个码在锅底。
  • 9.小火加热让油把包子底部煎脆。
  • 10.把淀粉水倒入锅中,盖锅盖大火烧开,中小火加热。
  • 11.煎至约5分钟至水收干,听到吱吱作响声。
  • 12.撒上黑芝麻、香葱碎,盖盖子焖1分钟即可食用。
