芒果、牛油果,搭配上新鲜虾仁和肥宅快乐土豆片(薯片),挤上满满的沙拉酱!像这样的热量炸弹还能被称作轻食,鲍叔也不由得老脸一红。

Steps to make 薯片香芒牛油果鲜虾沙拉

  • 1.将基围虾洗净后去壳,开背后去除虾线。焯水煮熟后部分切丁,留部分整只虾仁用于装饰用。
  • 2.牛油果对半切开,去核后取出果肉并切丁备用。
  • 3.芒果去核后划“井”字刀,轻轻挤开取出果肉切丁备用。
  • 4.将切丁的虾仁、牛油果丁、芒果丁放入碗中,加适量沙拉酱、芥末和盐拌匀。
  • 5.将拌好的沙拉盛放在薯片上,再放上一只完整的虾仁点缀,即可上桌。
