    Steps to make 不上火——酱烧狮子头

    • 1.将腿肉肥瘦分离,瘦肉切成玉米粒大小,肥肉切成米粒大小;
    • 2.将土豆、胡萝卜擦丝;莲藕、葱姜蒜切碎;
    • 3.将所有食材倒入一个大碗中,抓匀;
    • 4.加入一个生鸡蛋,几勺淀粉,继续抓匀;
    • 5.用筷子将馅料顺时针搅拌上劲;
    • 6.抓起一团馅料往碗中摔,摔打20下左右;
    • 7.用双手将摔打过的馅料团成圆球状;
    • 8.锅中倒入水,以能没过狮子头为准;小火煮至温热后,将狮子头放入锅中,煮到变色定型,捞出备用;
    • 9.锅中入油,加入蒜瓣葱白和两勺豆瓣酱,一勺生抽,一大碗水;
    • 10.挤入亨氏番茄酱,大约3勺左右的样子;
    • 11.酱化开后,将狮子头放入锅中,小火炖20分钟;
    • 12.等狮子头上酱色后,便可装盘享用这道健康营养,又不上火的狮子头啦~~~
