肉松奶酥
传统的肉松酥采用酥皮,制作起来相对麻烦,这款肉松酥用奶酥代替酥皮,简单快速,和肉松的味道也很搭。

  • 山药140克
  • 肉松80克
  • 奶粉40克
  • 白糖70克
  • 黄油60克

Steps to make 肉松奶酥

  • 1.山药去皮蒸至软烂,捣成泥。蒸山药的时候可以准备步骤三的奶酥皮。
  • 2.加入肉松搅拌均匀,分成9份,捏成球状,作为肉松馅。
  • 3.黄油放室温下软化,放入白糖,打发至体积变大颜色变浅。
  • 4.加入全蛋液,筛入面粉和奶粉。
  • 5.揉成均匀面团,分成九份。
  • 6.将小面团擀成圆形薄皮,包入准备好的肉松馅。
  • 7.将面团放在圆形模具中,用杯底或别的圆柱体压成型。
  • 8.烤箱预热170度,烤十分钟,取出翻面,再烤五分钟即可。
