奶白大骨汤
汤是我们日常生活中十分常见而且品种繁多的一道必不可少的菜肴。慢火熬煮出来的汤,不仅仅味道鲜美,而且许多营养成分溶解于水分中,极易被人体所吸收。

Steps to make 奶白大骨汤

  • 1.让店家事先将大骨从中间切成两段,洗净血水
  • 2.多放点冷水下锅,放两片姜,然后将洗净的大骨放入锅中,不要盖盖子,大火煮沸
  • 3.煮沸之后用勺子不断撇除浮油,直到浮油清除干净为止,然后捞出备用【整个过程保持沸腾状态,所以一开始要稍微多放点水,整个过程差不过5~10分钟,因大骨的大小和浮油的多少而异】
  • 4.待浮油撇清后捞出备用
  • 5.将适量沸水倒入煲中,放入大骨,水以淹过大骨稍微再高出一点为宜,盖上盖子大火煮半小时左右,转中火炖两个小时

  • 7.这是煲的第一遍汤好了之后,将汤倒出,锅中再放适量沸水,重复步骤4的动作煲第二遍汤。依次,总共煲三次汤
  • 8.将所有汤混合
  • 9.将所有汤混合,取适量汤用来炖玉米汤。其余如果喝不完的话就放入冰箱保存起来,隔天用来做高汤煮面或者继续做汤都很不错哦
  • 10.将玉米洗净切块
  • 11.将玉米洗净洗切,放入高汤中,煲约30分钟装出
