香橙蛋糕卷
橙子是我最爱的水果之一,它的维生素C含量丰富,能增强人体抵抗力,总之功效多多,加入到蛋糕卷里有浓浓的清香味

  • 白砂糖30g
  • 色拉油50g
  • 橙汁50g
  • 橙子1个
  • 蛋清4个
  • 白砂糖50g
  • 柠檬汁3g

Steps to make 香橙蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好材料
  • 2.将香橙洗净,对半切开,再切8片,将橙片放入加有水锅里,加热,煮至橙皮有些发白透明即可,将橙片捞起,晾干
  • 3.晾干后摆到烤盘中,放入烤箱150度烘烤3分钟拿出备用
  • 4.将剩余的香橙榨出50克橙汁备用
  • 5.橙汁+白糖+色拉油混合用蛋抽搅拌均匀
  • 6. 加入低筋面粉拌匀
  • 7.再加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 8.蛋清加入白糖、柠檬汁用电动打蛋器打至湿性发泡,提起打蛋头能拉出尖角即可
  • 9.将一半的蛋白霜与面糊混合,用刮刀拌均匀
  • 10.再将拌好的面糊加入另一半蛋白霜中搅拌均匀即可
  • 11.将拌好的面糊倒入摆好橙片的烤盘中,用橡皮刮刀铺平表面
  • 12.放入预热好的烤箱烘烤(倒数第二层,如图所示),上火150度,下火120度,烤35分钟即可
  • 13.蛋糕卷烤好后倒扣待凉,,在蛋糕面上抹层奶油或果酱
  • 14.将蛋糕卷起,放冰箱冷藏半小时定型即可
  • 15.定好后切片
