  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.将鸡腿清洗干净,剁成2cm大的小块。
  • 3.清洗干净的鸡肉块加入生抽、老抽、柱候酱、白砂糖。
  • 4.搅拌均匀腌制1小时。
  • 5.青椒、洋葱、胡萝卜分别切片。
  • 6.砂锅中加少许油,小火爆香洋葱、生姜。
  • 7.加入腌好的鸡块,用筷子翻炒。
  • 8.加入准备好的黄酒。
  • 9.加入青椒、胡萝卜片。
  • 10.准备现磨的黑胡椒粒。
  • 11.加入黑胡椒粒。
  • 12.翻炒均匀加盖改小火慢煲15分钟即可。
