虽然植物的桃花留不住,但是可以吃的桃花想吃的时候随时都有~传统的酥点加上一点点的小心思,
就成了餐桌上绽放的花朵~ ,椰蓉桃花酥
好吃又好看。

  • 130克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 猪油70克
  • 红曲粉3克
  • 红豆沙240克
  • 中筋面粉140克

Steps to make 桃花酥

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.水油皮的所有材料揉成面团,静置20分钟,待用。
  • 3.油酥材料加入红曲粉一起混合,待用。
  • 4.水油皮和油酥各分成16等分,松弛30分钟待用。
  • 5.豆沙也分成15克一个的小剂子。
  • 6.水油皮包入油酥。
  • 7.全部包完,收成团。
  • 8.取一份包好的面团收口朝上压扁,擀成牛舌状后由上往下卷起,完成第一次擀卷。
  • 9.所有面团擀卷完成后再进行第二次擀卷,所有面团做好后盖好松弛15分钟。
  • 10.取一个饼胚,按下中间后两头对捏压扁,上下左右各擀一次擀开,包入豆沙馅后用虎口收好,面团压扁擀平,用刀切成5瓣,中间不要切断,每瓣中间再割2道口,末端面皮位置稍捏出尖状,整理成桃花的状态。
  • 11.中间放上白芝麻。
  • 12.烤箱预热,180度,上下火烤30分钟。
  • 13.出炉了。
  • 14.好漂亮。
