好久没发食谱了,崽崽放寒假了,本想着把手头的工作整理整理,谁知道比以前更忙了,也不知道在忙什么,主要是崽崽天天要出去玩,昨天买了一大块南瓜,吃了一餐以后还剩一块,索性做了这款南瓜面包,成品颜色很漂亮,金黄的,口感也非常松软

  • 南瓜泥100克
  • 40克
  • 鸡蛋1个(留少许刷表面)
  • 干酵母4克
  • 温水50克
  • 橄榄油18克

Steps to make 南瓜芝麻面包——天然的色彩揉进面团里

  • 1.把除了橄榄油之外所有的材料混合
  • 2.揉至面团成筋后,加入橄榄油揉至面团出薄膜
  • 3.揉好的面团收圆盖上保鲜膜发酵至2-2.5倍大小
  • 4.发酵好的面团取出,压扁排气,将面团分成8等分,滚圆后盖上保鲜膜松弛10分钟
  • 5.取一份面团揉成水滴状
  • 6.擀成成一个三角形,从下至上卷起
  • 7.依次做好放入铺有油纸的烤盘里
  • 8.放温暖湿润处发酵至原来的2倍大,在表面刷上一层全蛋液,撒上少许白芝麻
  • 9.烤箱180度预热,中层,烤约20分钟,至表面金黄即可
