烤面筋

Steps to make 烤面筋

  • 1.网购的谷朊粉。
  • 2.盆里加水和盐,拌匀。
  • 3.把谷朊粉倒入水中,边倒边用筷子迅速搅拌。
  • 4.搅拌一会儿,谷朊粉会成团,这时盆里可能有多余的水,弃掉不要。
  • 5.把成团的面筋用力抓揉按压,如果还有水再弃去即可。
  • 6.面筋再揉一会儿,揉成团,盖盖,静置松弛一小时左右。我是上午准备的,直接放冰箱冷藏,晚上才拿出来用的。
  • 7.这是饧好的面筋。
  • 8.取出,按成长方形面片,厚度大约七八厘米。
  • 9.切条,尽量切均匀,不要像我这样切的长短不一。
  • 10.用两根筷子夹住面筋的一头。
  • 11.另一手拎着面筋往筷子上缠,成螺旋状。
  • 12.缠好的样子。
  • 13.缠好后撸下来,剩下的也这样操作。
  • 14.锅里坐水,下面筋,小火煮,不要让水太沸腾。
  • 15.大约煮20分钟,面筋浮起煮熟即可。
  • 16.捞出面筋,不烫手时串在竹签上。
  • 17.边转边切,切成螺旋状。
  • 18.小碗里加入辣椒粉,孜然粉,孜然粒,盐,芝麻。
  • 19.拌匀。
  • 20.加入热油,拌匀。
  • 21.把调料汁刷在面筋上,放烤盘上,入预热好的180度烤箱,烤15分钟左右即可。
  • 22.烤好的面筋。
  • 23.成品。我用的辣椒粉颜色暗,不好看,如果用颜色红一点的辣椒粉烤出来颜色会好看些。街边卖的烤面筋我没吃过,自己做的很好吃,也干净。
