蟹味菇烧豆腐

Steps to make 蟹味菇烧豆腐

  • 1.备好食材:如图。
  • 2.豆腐清洗一下,切成小块备用装盘,鸡蛋备用。
  • 3.鸡蛋打散,加入少许温水搅匀。
  • 4.把蛋液淋在豆腐上面。
  • 5.蟹味菇去根部,浸泡一会儿清洗干净备用。
  • 6.锅内加水烧开,调入少许盐下菌菇焯水一分钟,捞出沥干备用。
  • 7.热锅加入适量猪油,倒入豆腐煎至两面金黄色。
  • 8.放入焯好的蟹味菇,少许热水,盐,生抽焖煮五分钟。
  • 9.出锅前调入少许胡椒粉炒匀即可。
