香烤三文鱼之简易法

    Steps to make 香烤三文鱼之简易法

    • 1.三文鱼洗净。洋葱切丝。洋葱是必备的,既增加香味也除去海鲜的腥味儿。
    • 2.在烤盘上铺上锡纸。手头正好有个现成的锡纸盒,就用它了。
    • 3.在锡纸上抹上少许黄油或倒上少许精制油。
    • 4.以防鱼皮沾底。
    • 5.倒入少许生抽,其实这里用鲜酱油更好,但是手头没有,所以用生抽代替。
    • 6.用手把生抽均匀的涂抹在鱼肉上(如有小刷子,也可用刷子把酱油刷上,这样更均匀)。
    • 7.洒上细盐,同样用手抹匀。
    • 8.洒上黑胡椒粉,用手抹匀。
    • 9.把切好的洋葱丝均匀的铺盖在鱼肉上。
    • 10.在表面铺上一层锡纸,此步骤重要。锡纸的作用是保温,而且不会出现“面上烤老了,里面还没熟”的情况。烤箱预热2分钟,然后送入烤箱,200摄氏度 14分钟(我家的烤箱是用电的,因为有网友问,所以估计是用电的和用煤气的功率不同,这里就补充了)。
    • 11.准备好新鲜柠檬。
    • 12.沾料调的是日本芥末(芥末挤的好丑啊)加日本酱油(家里没有日本酱油,就用普通代替了)。
    • 13.考完出炉。
    • 14.好香~~装盘。
    • 15.挤上柠檬汁,即可食用。
