  • 1.新鲜的猪肝在清水中浸泡半小时去除血水后洗净用小刀在猪肝较厚的一端中间割开轻轻向深部划切记不要割断。
  • 2.买到处理好的鸭蛋黄要想味道更佳可以在微波炉里加热3-4分钟更加香浓。
  • 3.加热好的鸭蛋黄依次放入割好的猪肝内侧不要过度用力防止猪肝破裂。
  • 4.鸭蛋黄排序放入猪肝中再用牙签将猪肝两侧扎紧防止鸭蛋黄漏出。
  • 5.锅中烧开水倒入料酒放入猪肝焯水去除多余的血水和杂质。
  • 6.焯好水的猪肝立即放人冷水中过凉冲洗干净后沥干水份备用。
  • 7.准备辅料姜片、桂皮、香叶、花椒、八角放入调味料盒中。
  • 8.另起锅添加适量清水放入猪肝、调味料盒再放入调味料一品鲜酱油、蚝油、糖、盐大火煮起来。
  • 9.猪肝煮至七分熟时转中小火煮10分钟至猪肝完全熟透而不生硬即可出锅。
  • 10.煮好的五香猪肝取出晾至不烫手取下牙签。
  • 11.猪肝依次切成薄片看着就好有食欲。
